CORRECTING ORDER DETAILS
If you find any mistakes in your order details, please contact our customer support team at contact@noiretblanc.com immediately. Corrections after payment processing are handled on a best-effort basis and may be subject to operational timelines.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders depend on product availability at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable or supply issues arise, Noir et Blanc may offer a substitute of equal or higher value. If the substitute is declined, a full refund will be processed promptly.

ORDER REFUSAL
While we aim to fulfill every order, exceptional circumstances such as inventory errors, operational disruptions, or suspected fraud may require us to refuse or cancel an order after confirmation.

If an order is canceled due to an internal error, we will issue a full refund and, where appropriate, offer a courtesy benefit as a goodwill gesture.

DELIVERY
We ship globally, subject to product availability. Unless otherwise stated, Noir et Blanc strives to dispatch all orders within 45 days of confirmation. Delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Customs clearance delays;

  • Transportation or logistical disruptions;

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

If delivery exceeds 14 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery is deemed complete once the package is signed for at the designated address. If the courier cannot deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to Noir et Blanc and re-shipped at additional cost.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of products passes to you only after full payment, including delivery fees. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon successful delivery as defined above.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on Noir et Blanc’s website are valid at the time of order placement. We may change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If a pricing error occurs, you will be notified promptly and may choose to continue with the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices exclude taxes and shipping fees unless explicitly stated. Import duties or additional charges imposed by your country are your responsibility.

GUEST CHECKOUT

EXPRESS CHECKOUT
Returning customers may opt for Express Checkout, allowing quicker purchases without re-entering shipping or payment details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation, so cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

Noir et Blanc may cancel orders at its discretion if payment details are unverifiable or fraudulent activity is suspected. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited, exclusive nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, in the rare event of faulty or incorrect items, we offer refunds or replacements if reported within 7 days of delivery and supported by:

  • Proof of original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags).

  • Original packaging, including garment bags or boxes.

  • An unboxing video showing package opening for transparency.

EXCHANGES
